She plays an important role in leading Accelmed’s early stage portfolio companies, serving either as Chairperson or as an active board member.
Dr. Yaniv holds an MD degree from the Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from the Recanati Business School at Tel Aviv University

Manor Zemer
CEO
Manor brings over two decades of experience in venture capital, private equity, and cross-border investments, with a strong focus on healthtech, medtech, and digital health. Before joining Almeda, he was a Partner at Olive Tree Ventures (OTV), a $170 million digital health VC fund investing in companies across Israel and the U.S. Previously, Manor held senior positions at Clal Finance, where he established the firm’s Asian investment-banking practice, and at Sage Capital Global, where he managed over $700 million in equity investments while based in China. He also serves as a board member in several public companies and as a council member of Meuhedet Health Services, contributing his expertise in investment strategy, governance, and business development. Manor holds an LL.B in Law from the University of Essex (UK) and an LL.M from Bar-Ilan University (Israel).
